Artio's Writing Den is a weekend retreat designed for Pagan writers seeking inspiration, connection, and spiritual growth. The FALL edition will center around our creative writing muse, the Celtic bear deity, Artio, who is about to go into hibernation. Our writing prompts will revolve around self-reflection and going deep within ourselves to discover a new level of creativity.
We will also be exploring the mythology and symbolism of the bear, and how it can inspire and guide our writing. This retreat is a wonderful opportunity to recharge your creative batteries and deepen your spiritual connection. Join us for a weekend of inspiration, writing, and community!

Our church community is built on a foundation of deep roots and long-held traditions. One of the most important traditions is our annual Games, Guns, Crafts, & Curry event. This event brings our members together in a spirit of fellowship and fun. We play tabletop games, practice target shooting, do crafts, and of course, enjoy delicious curry!

Volunteer Appreciation Work Weekends are designed for everyone—members and non-members—to contribute to the betterment of our community. We organize these weekends regularly throughout the year, often leading up to Sabbats, to ensure all church operations run smoothly.
Your help is valuable across various tasks, including maintaining buildings and grounds, general upkeep, and tidying the lodge.
No specific skills are required; all contributions are appreciated. As a thank you, completing a full work weekend provides credit towards attending one of our Sabbat celebrations.

The Deeply Rooted Church Community is proud to offer "Warrior's Weekend," a two-day retreat designed to help you develop a positive self-image, become more self-reliant, and discover your inner strength.
During this transformational weekend, you will be challenged to step out of your comfort zone and explore new possibilities. You will also have the opportunity to bond with other attendees and grow stronger individually and as a team. This retreat is open to all skill levels, experiences, and genders.

The Deeply Rooted Church Community is having its annual deer camp November 22-24, 2025. This is a safe, legal, and sacred hunt in the northwoods. Wade Mueller is the host, and he invites all hunters to attend. The camp is open to both experienced and novice hunters.
We encourage you to bring your family and friends to share in this unique outdoor experience. The camp will provide a place to gather, worship, and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities. Hunting is a sacred and spiritual activity for many Native Americans, and the Deeply Rooted Church Community is committed to providing a safe and responsible environment for this sacred hunt.
We welcome all hunters to join us for this special event.
