❄️ Some key considerations for bringing medical equipment to the Deeply Rooted Church Community.
Solar Power: We offer limited solar power outlets for medical devices like CPAP machines. Weather and outdoor temperature also limit the ability of our solar power, so please carefully consider this before attending our events.
Backup Power: We strongly encourage guests to bring their battery-operated backups for essential medical equipment.
❄️ The Deeply Rooted Church Community believes that no one should be denied basic clergy services do to accessibility. If you think you may have a challenge getting out to our main ritual circle, please contact us ahead of time so that our clergy can prepare to do an indoor ritual for you. ❄️

Ramp: We have a ramp leading into the lodge for easier access.
Rugged Terrain: Please be aware that our grounds can be muddy and uneven, which may present challenges for those with mobility restrictions.
Indoor Accommodations: We will accommodate guests who need to stay indoors due to weather or other circumstances.
Clergy Services: Our clergy team is dedicated to providing spiritual services and support to all individuals, regardless of their physical limitations.

Legal Prescription: All medications on the premises must be legally prescribed to the individual in possession. The medication label should clearly indicate the prescription information.
Prohibited Substances: Illicit drugs, such as marijuana, are strictly prohibited on the grounds of Deeply Rooted Church. This policy applies regardless of the legal status of marijuana in other states.
Medication Storage: To ensure safety, all medications should be locked up. Insulin and other temperature-sensitive medications must be stored in a battery-operated fridge or an appropriate ice-packed cooler.

First Aid Kit: We have a first aid kit to address minor afflictions like cuts, burns, and bug bites.
Medical Emergencies: In the event of a serious medical emergency, we will contact 911 for immediate assistance. The nearest hospital is in Medford (Aspirus), approximately 25-30 miles away, and the Marshfield Clinic is about 35 miles distant.
Personal Medical Needs: If you have a life-threatening condition, such as a severe allergy or heart problems, it's crucial to bring your own necessary medications and equipment, including epi-pens or defibrillators.
Your safety and well-being are our top priority. Please be prepared for potential medical emergencies and take necessary precautions.
